Meet Ryan
Your Therapist to Help You Take Back Your Life From OCD and Anxiety
You’ve been struggling for a while…
It’s kind of been building up on you. The symptoms have always been present, but they weren’t taking over your world until recently.
Slowly, they’ve become worse and worse to the point where you’re worried that some time soon, you aren’t going to be able to continue living the life you’ve had up until now. Especially if things keep getting worse.
It feels like;
→ One more panic attack, and you might be too scared to leave the house.
→ If your repetitive thoughts get much worse, you might not be able to work.
→ Your phobia is going to have a serious impact on your life.
→ The stress is going to break you.
→ If your social anxiety gets worse, you won’t be able to speak.
I help you take back your life from Anxiety and OCD
You’ve tried therapy before, but it didn’t help. You needed more than just talk therapy.
You needed someone to give you concrete and specific directions on how to make things better. A therapist who would hold you accountable for taking the right steps and learning how to help yourself get better.
You would like to live your life without fear. Leaving your house and interacting with others with confidence. Ignoring any hint of an obsession and the compulsions no longer take over your day.
You don’t want to worry about going to the doctor or running into your fear again out in the world.
You want to know that you can tackle anything that life throws your way. That you can trust yourself to handle anything.
My Approach To Therapy for Anxiety
As your therapist for anxiety and OCD, I work from a very structured approach. As with any other form of therapy, it is critical for me to spend the time necessary to understand you and your history. That being said, recovery often requires more than just my understanding.
But there is a path forward, and I am your guide.
My goal for your therapy is that I work myself out of a job.
When you are doing better, I want you to be able to help yourself the next time an issue like this comes up. I want to make sure that you aren’t in therapy for years and years.
The Anxiety Therapy I Do
All of the therapeutic modalities that I use are very directive. You will have guided reflection work, and you’ll go home with assignments to help you practice.
These assignments will help you apply what we are talking about in our sessions and will make you more independent when it comes to applying them to your day-to-day life.
The Therapeutic Modalities that I use;
➤ Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT)
➤ Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
➤ Team CBT
➤ SAFE protocol (for parents of anxious kids)
➤ Interoceptive Exposure
All of these styles of therapy provide you with clear, specific directions that work.
Many of them work quickly, and all of them can be used again and again. So you’ll know how to help yourself the next time it comes up.
Warmth Meets Structure
Often, clients hear that I do Exposure and Response Prevention or CBT, and they think that these therapeutic styles mean that I am cold and will just sit there while you fill out worksheets. But that’s not how I work.
I take my directive style and pair it with warmth and sometimes a little laughter, so that while yes, our work together is work, but sometimes the work is finding the joy and irony in life.
These approaches work best when you feel supported and safe, while we walk through the steps in a way that feels right for you. We will work together to help you get to where you can approach your life with confidence and face your fears.
We’ll find the path through Anxiety and OCD that works for you.
As an Anxiety and OCD specialist, I have multiple tools in my belt to help you or your child feel better soon. At the beginning of therapy, we will talk about what the best approach to your anxiety or OCD is.
We will settle on something that feels right for you. If needed, we will adjust our plan along the way so that we’ll find something that is tailored to your needs and works in your life.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
